Kindly be appraised that I am licensed in Idaho and Nevada ONLY and therefore am only able to see patients who are located in these States.

My practice operates on a fee-for-service. That means that I do not accept insurance nor do I negotiate with insurance companies. I am willing to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for partial reimbursement. Regardless of the superbill I cannot guarantee that insurance will reimburse you. Please note that I do not offer sliding scale or discounted rates.

I offer the following services as part of my treatment plans with patients (personalized based on your needs and your preferences):

• Psychotherapy
• Medication Management
• Lab testing (LabCorp/Quest Diagnostics)
• Psychopharmacogenomic testing (Genomind)
• Customized supplement plans

Treatment

At Harmony NP, our primary purpose is to offer a holistic and patient-centered model of psychiatric care. Fee Schedule

Initial Consultation (75 min): $400

Follow up appointment for Medication Management and/or Psychotherapy (50 minutes): $300 (10% discount when scheduled as weekly psychotherapy appointments)


Follow Up (25 minutes): $200

Please note that the follow-up appointments and medication management appointments only are typically only 25 minutes and appointments for medication management and/or psychotherapy are 50 minutes. In some cases, I might recommend scheduling a 50 minute appointment especially when reviewing labs or adjusting for more complex cases where multiple issues need addressed.
